1. The website is used to present the Terra Group's product range (e.g. flower towers, urban pots, benches, Christmas decorations) and to make enquiries.
2. The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with applicable law and the principles of social co-existence.
3. It is forbidden to send illegal, offensive or infringing content to third parties via the contact form.

5 Terms of sale

1. Requests for quotations made by a Party do not constitute a binding contract. The sales contract is concluded after the terms and conditions have been confirmed by both parties.
2. Detailed information on products, prices, delivery and installation is available on request after sending an enquiry.
3. Complaints and returns are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law (for individuals) and the Civil Code (for companies).

6 Final provisions

1. Terra Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. The current version is always available on the Site.
2. In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the RODO shall apply.
